Utilities Plus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://utilities-plus.com and provides a free utility concierge service that helps homeowners and real-estate professionals set up home services. Our office is located at 14340 Torrey Chase Blvd Ste. 250a, Houston, TX 77014.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — like your name, contact details, move address, service preferences, and any messages you send us via our contact forms. We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit our site (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to keep the site secure and to improve performance.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, match you with utility and home-service providers that fit your needs, and keep you informed about the status of your setup. We may share your contact information with the providers you select so they can complete your enrollment. We do not sell your information.
Communications and consent
By submitting a form on our site or otherwise contacting us, you agree that we may reach you by phone call, text message, and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text or unsubscribing from an email; transactional messages about your active setup may continue.

We measure site usage with our own privacy-friendly analytics, hosted on our own infrastructure. It records pages viewed, the site you came from, your browser type, your country, and anonymous page-speed measurements. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not share this data with ad networks or use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. A temporary identifier is kept in your browser only for the duration of your visit to count sessions; it is deleted when you close the tab.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information — including HTTPS in transit, restricted access internally, and security headers including HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy on this site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
